We’re looking for a Senior Front-end Developer who can help design and implement the UI/UX of the product. You’ll have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the design while working with the rest of the team. The job is primarily remote-based, but it is also possible to work out of our office in Makati.
The job entails:
Working with product managers and UX designer to translate prototypes into clean, fast, and responsive user interfaces
Identifying opportunities for innovation and componentization of the UI
Working with back-end developers to implement fully working features
Conducting demos and communicating progress and issues
Key qualifications:
At least 5 years of solid web development experience with HTML, CSS, and one or more client-side JS frameworks
Extensive experience with a CSS pre-processor (Sass or Less) and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Experience with Ember.js or AngularJS, Bootstrap, Discourse, Figma, Git, as well as automation is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively without supervision
Powerful PC/laptop, reliable wired internet, and a cool, quiet work environment required for WFH
The job is full-time, with flexible work hours and a salary that is based on actual hours delivered – with a guaranteed minimum commitment. We use Jira, Confluence, and Slack as our primary communication and documentation tools, along with daily online coordination meetings.
